Festival-Mediaval is the largest medieval music festival in Europe and takes places every year since 2008 on the Goldberg in Selb (Germany). It offers a broad range of bands across all types of folk and related genres, and typically has a theme each year(e.g. "Gothic Special" in 2025). In addition, there are a lot of other activities, like literary readings, workshops, a large market and much more. This festival conquered my heart the first time I went there for CeltCast in 2023, and I've been back each year since. Big recommendation!
